Sorry, my mistake. In that case you cannot.
Contact form is very basic contact form. Form Builder addon gives you more features.

It depends how was named your e-mail field inside the form, hmm?

There is no possibility to change the name of the fields.
I use the addon Contactform and not the addon form builder - so I cannot know what is the correct name of the field Email.
Maybe it would be a good solution for the next update, to have a choice in the backend for sending a copy to the author.

I think the only way is to change the contact forms in my website to form builder. This is a lot of work, because many contact forms in different languages.
