new user, - front end editor not working

new to sp page builder, ... i have setup pages, and added menu to my site ...
but when trying to get editor on front end of open ... all i get is this ...logo spinnning ...

i've already sent the faq list to my hosting support, they say everything has been setup

what am i missing?

Hi,

Sorry, but I am asking again...

Do you use Cloudflare? If yes, kindly, make sure you have excluded the engine.js file from Cloudflare. You need to disable Rocket Loader in the /administrator/* directory by using a Page Rule.

I am just trying to be confirmed as it seems blockage of engine.js from your error log/console.
