Joomla 4 Quick Instalation Problem Whit Template Mega Inc

Hallo, I would like to ask about installing joomla 4. - im whriting abouj joomla 4 version we dont have problems whit joomla 3 wich is working. We need to install joomla4.
We are trying to install a joomla package on our test website but we are unable to install a template from quickinstall Mega Inc. for joomla 4.
We tried to install the latest joomla 4 on our server without template Mega Inc. and everything went through and we are able to finish installation. But as we trying to install tempega Mega Inc. for joomla 4 we can't complete the installation. I am sending the errors that we show in the attachment. Can you advise us why we can't run a template from you?
It displays an error when starting the installation - mysqli is not initialized.
But a mysql table is created in the database.

Accepted AnswerPHP 8 is not compatible. We will try to release as soon as possible for the PHP 8 compatible. Thanks

Accepted AnswerOk thanks and one more question is Mysql 8 compatible?
It will be fine to define it in Requirements because there ist just number and more so we did thik that if we have newer version it is OK.
