Joomla 4 Quick Instalation Problem Whit Template Mega Inc

Hallo, I would like to ask about installing joomla 4.
We are trying to install a joomla package on our test website but we are unable to install a template from quickinstall Mega Inc. for joomla 4.
We tried to install the latest joomla 4 on our server without template Mega Inc. and everything went through and we are able to finish installation. But as we trying to install tempega Mega Inc. for joomla 4 we can't complete the installation. I am sending the errors that we show in the attachment. Can you advise us why we can't run a template from you?
It displays an error when starting the installation - mysqli is not initialized.
But really a mysql table is created in the database

if can i ask where did you try the instalation? I am sorry but i did whrite multiple times that i have problem whit joomla 4 quick installation and not whit joomla3. In both cases is the tutorial how to instal for joomla 3 not for joomla 4.
We did make several pages whit joomla 3 and we didn have problem before. We are trying now install joomla 4 quickinstall and we are not able to finish installation.
