Hi there, is there a possibility in the contact form (Form Builder), e.g. via the URL, to transfer values with which the fields can be dynamically pre-assigned? Best regards Ingo

As I know, not. Probably it request code customization inside addon.
But maybe check features of other Form Builders components - it will be faster & cheaper. In advanced projects, in most cases I use Convert Forms (tassos.gr). It has options for dependent fields, and much more.
