Problem To Create Articles Or To Edit An Old One

Hello. I use the template unei and i create my pages normally through sp page builder pro. But it does not let me do articles. I tried the template unei and arino but the problem is the same. I can neither create, edit or save any article. i read some ideas from forum but nothing. i done all the link says: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/sp-page-builder-inside-articles

OR
Inside Image addon - use bigger image, set it size to reduce but enable option "Open in Lightbox"

i instaled unei template
i created a new article in order to create a new product with J2
i can see my product to the J2product list
the template i import for the new landing product page is the same with the unei sample product page
when i go to shop page i can see the new product but when i click on the photo the link do not work.
