I am currently experimenting with the new Helix 3 and would like to know how do I build the following menu with it.

The menu-style First row - one column second row - three columns

not really

I found this link https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helix3/megamenu but there is not possible to create a menu with two rows where the first row has one column and the second row has 3 columns

to control this in every megamenu system I've used, I use modules for column divisions - in this case a full width module followed by a three column module. (You can create an SPPB module for columnar layouts if you use and like the SPPB UI; you can even use SPPB to build an entire dropdown ).
