SP Page Builder After Integration Into The Joomla Article Field

SP Page Builder 3 years ago

Good morning! In the SP Page Builder admin panel, I selected the Integration tab. Then I clicked the blue Activate button in the Joomla article field. Everything is fine. The component in the articles is working. However, he disappeared from the admin area. And now there is no way to use the component itself, as before, but only in the articles of the jumla itself. Please tell me if it is possible to use SP Page Builder after integration into the Joomla article field, still separately, as an independent component on the site?

Hi there!

What is your Joomla version, please? Joomla 3 has a admin menu for SP Page Builder, but Joomla 4 doesn't.

You can try to publish Administrator Modules > find "SP Page Builder Admin Menu" - and enable that module.

Best Regards

Thanks to! But I do not need a module, but a component. And he completely disappeared from here - https://ibb.co/vvNH9qS

I need the SP Page Builder Component itself to be available as before, before integrating it into the Joomla articles. After that, the Block on the left with the SP Page Builder component itself disappeared from the administrative part of the site, where it was located before.

Tell me, can you do something about this? As far as I understood from the instructions, the component itself should not disappear from the admin panel and have the function of deactivating Integration into Joomla articles.

Upgrade your Joomla version and install sp page builder again (If it's a live site, take a backup).

Remember what your last action was. Maybe there was a problem with another exstension.

This is what comes to mind

Joomla has been updated to the latest version - 4.0.5. The component has been reinstalled. But nothing has changed, alas. ( Conclusion - the SP Page Builder component does not work correctly and correctly in the new version of Joomla with integration into materials!

Add it to the end of your site, it needs to be opened. Maybe you can undo what you did.

SP Page Builder Database table structure is up to date. - Only this is after the integration. missing 3 options for choosing integration that were there initially. Try to integrate the component in the new Joomla too. And you will see that there is no way back .. (

After huge investigation i think your Joomla database tables has an issue. Cause, the component menu doesn't display in your dashboard. You can check this URL. Besides, This is not our product issue. Thanks

I didn't do anything with the database tables. I just clicked on the integration with Joomla materials. I did not install any modules or extensions there. This is your component that did the integration with Joomla 4.

Your product does not integrate properly with Joomla 4. Because of this, it has stopped showing. Try integrating it yourself now and see what it makes a bug. Because of what it disappears from the menu.

I see that everything works for you. Why this happened with me is unknown to me. Then there is only one way out - to completely reinstall the entire site! ( Tell me more, please, is it possible to create a directory with pagination (paginated) from the pages of your component? Will I pay you and how much will it cost? Or what is the way out of this? How to create such a Catalog if the component does not support this functionality?

This is joomla feature and it is about category/article count. I recommend you to master the Joomla system.

I know Joomla in this regard. I have only one way out - to embed SP Page Builder in Joomla pages and then they will be divided into categories.

I told you above that if the SP Page Builder component cannot be paginated, then only 1 option here can be, this is to embed it in the Joomla materials, and then connect them to the category blog.

Yes can do it. But, From our end i can ensure that Pgae Builder doesn't have pagination support.

Thanks

It is a pity that SP Page Builder does not support pagination. Now I will know that not all projects can take it. By means of joomla it turns out ugly. And remaking a category blog for yourself is very inconvenient ... (

If I may...

SP Page Builder content has a different content structure, and the problem is that categories are not used on the front-end view. But We can consider improvments in that topic in SPPB 4.x series.

BTW

But I am pretty sure that if you would find smart php developer he will be able to write you extra view with this feature or at least something very similar.

I realized that you have a problem with the SP Page Builder categories and, accordingly, with the output of component pages to one general category on a site with page pagination. And it would be great if you could consider this feature in the future. After all, this is an opportunity to create beautiful voluminous catalogs with the help of SP Page Builder! Thanks for the advice! I am still thinking about 2 options. 1-create a Catalog using Joomla pages, embedding SP Page Builder there, and change the Joomla category using styles. 2 - go look for a pkhp developer to create this using SP Page Builder. Thanks to! I look forward to expanding the functionality of SP Page Builder in the future! )
