Hello Ephrem Zena Bekele

The issue could be from your hosting configuration. Please contact your hosting provider. Also check that you have followed this documentation

Best regards

I have tried with the hosting company and tested all the configuration of the site and we didn't find any issue however the SP Page Builder Pro - Pages didnot display and lockup the page after the page return error. I have also tried with diffrent browsers to open the pages in both with or without Incognito mode, still getting the same error. Should I uninstall and reinstall SP Page Builder without data loss? Please advice.

Please try your site on localhost and check. If no problem is found there, then it is surely on the hosting provider.
