Did you mean the dropdown arrow icon is not visible in your site?

If yes, please check if you have enabled the font awesome in the Advanced tab of your Template options. Can I have screenshot of your issue, please?

It's not an icon problem, font awesome is active.

The 'dropdown-menu' does not open when clicking. Bootstrap is activated correctly.

You are using custom module there. Is there any error log in your console, please?

I have kinda similar issue. I was just working on the site and editing HELIX3 template and creating Menu. The top (vertical Menu) is OK, but then I added some items to the submeny and they do not show up. I see my mouse scrolling through it and little underline over each position but no text. Initially I thought this is the problem with colors , but after testing most contrasting colors (ie. White on Black ) I still do not see thext. Aslo the Submenu opens up about 50-100px below and I do not understand how I get this strange Offset.

I juste worked on another site 2 days ago and there was no problem with Menu. With this site I downloaded the template from the website and I have not installed HELIX3+extras like I did with the opther site. It this something that could cause the problem. It looks like the Helix3 is installed but perhaps it is a wrong version or something is missing.

Hi Jordi. It works fine for me. Perhaps this is your error or local problem with your site. In any case, without link to your site, it is impossible to determine anything.

I have found in a module this line HTMLHelper :: _ ('bootstrap.tooltip'); which loads bootstrap library and seems to be the problem.
