Can I Install Helix Ultimate After Installing Helix13?

Hello,

Will there be conflict if I install Helix Ultimate because I cannot install logo in Helix 13? Or should I install first Helix 13 before I install Helix Ultimate.Please let me know. Thank you.

Hi Joseph,

what is Helix13 ??? We had only Helix Ultimate 1.1.x series so far. Or very old Helix "1".

Anyway, if you will install Helix Ultimate 2.0 it will replace old Helix Ultimate 1.1.x if you have installed.

Changing logo problem can be caused by few things, also problem with server settings. Anytime you can upload logo image by Joomla Media or FTP tool and then just choose that image.

Sorry, not Helix13 but Helix3. So, should I uninstall Helix3 first before I install Helix Ultimate? Do you have article to follow on how to upload logo image by Joomla Media or FTP tool? Thanks.
