i observe this behavior on all Joomla4 sites with Pagebuilder.

The problem is the following:

• if the homepage of the site is a normal Joomla Article or Category blog, the errorpage works properly: If i test it with an URL, that not exists, Joomla displays the normal error Page.
• if the homepage of the site is Pagebuilder-Site, there is no more errorpage. If i test it, with an URL, that not exists, Joomla displays allways the homepage.

i have testet it on several sites with joomla 4 and sp pagebuilder, and the problem is the same on every site

Can you share a screencast video? In the meantime, will you please produce the same issue here

It's not fair. You have fixed a bug for a future product. But they didn't fix it for us. Your customers are at the bottom of the priority list. How is it?

SP Page Builder 4.0 Alpha 2 Route System for Joomla 4 Previously when a page didn’t exist, instead of showing a 404 error it used to redirect to the same page. This issue with the URL routing has been resolved in this release.

@Andrey We just released Page Builder 4 Alpha 2. I think you aren't clear about alpha 2 and stable version. Thanks

We have fixed the 404 redirect issue on our end and its testing process. Hope so it will release today or tomorrow. Don't make confusion with Page Builder 3 and 4. Thanks

May be If you gave more information about the status of the problem solution, I nervous less than I am now.

Main User question:

Something strange: After install and use SP Pagebuilder in my site (Joomla 4), the error Pages of any Template is no longer working.

If the homepage of my site is a menu item with a pagebuilder-page, the errorpage is not working. If i change the homepage to a normal article, the error page works properly.

We have fixed our end and we will release it today or tomorrow.
