Then you have to use this custom CSS

.navbar-toggler:hover{
    display:none;
}

Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Yes, I know, but the menu doesn't show up until I press the button

I can't see my menu via this button :(
wants to see the entire menu without clicking a button
