SP page builder - section library not loaded

Hi

I have a problem with a SP page builder.
In Add Section -> Sections Library not loaded premade blocks when I add email adress and licens key to the Licence & Update section.
Without email and licens key Sections Library is loaded, and I see all OK (but it I cant use without add license)

What now? Where is a problem?

Hi,

You will get all related info there:

And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache.

Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease:

Sorry it was a first, what I do. A read documentation, but it dont help!

How I wrote when I use it without email adress and licens key the in Sections Library load correctly premade blocks (see SP-Page-Builder-Pro-Edit-Page-2.png)

But when I add email adress and licens key to the Licence & Update section Sections Library not loaded premade blocks (see SP-Page-Builder-Pro-Edit-Page-1.png)

What now?

Really really sorry for the unwanted delay!

Please give me your email address and a screenshot of the SP Page Builder Options page, where you put up the email address and the license key.
