Cannot upload images through SP page builder

Hi,

When trying to upload an image to an add-on I get stuck at 100%. When browsing through the Media menu in Joomla or through an ftp connection I can see the image has been uploaded but cannot see it in the media selection screen in SPPB.

Could you please help?

Hello

Is your SP Page Builder up to date? Can you kindly try updating it please and check if the issue still persists

Yes, unfortunately, it is up to date...

Cleared cache, fixed database, did everything...

Hi Ariba,

The problem is much bigger than I initially estimated.

I re-installed the latest PB Pro Version on top of the existing and here's what happens:

  1. After I update the SP page builder Database, seemingly OK, it keeps asking me to re-do it
  2. I cannot create a new page
  3. If I Save as copy an existing one, it does not create a new page, it renames and changes the existing one
  4. I cannot upload photos for the existing pages.

Please look into it asap ;-)

Hey I have the same problem for many monhts. Updated SP PB PRO, cannot add new page. So I would like to ask if your problem has been solved or not.

I will solve your issue if you give me database access and Joomla administrator access. The database table id is not auto_increament. Have to set auto_increament page builder tables and media table id. Thanks
