Video not opening in POPUP addon (Helix Ultimate)

Asked by Denis Mone 3 years ago Last activity 3 years ago

Hi!
Video not opening in POPUP addon.
Instead - a gray screen and an inscription - The site youtube.com does not allow you to establish a connection.

What could be the reasons?

Hi Denis,

try different Youtube link maybe

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5uT87yLXTs

If would be OK, it means that is problem with used video path not addon.

Remember that must be full URL, not short or YT shorty.

I guess, it was problem with URL path, right.

Have a nice day.
