SPBOOKING reservation mail don't send!

Hello,
it will be my 3 email reporting anomalies and bugs! (unresolved or unanswered)
in this case I tell you that the booking emails do not reach the superuser or the site configuration email!
You could urgently intervene !. or tell me where to intervene?
This weekend the site has to go into production.
