Class JFactory Not Found

I have installed a new copy of the OnePage template.
I get. Class "JFactory" not found
the plugin. Behaviour - Backward Compatibility 6 IS turned on
Other templates work. Its the Joomla 6 version of the template and I did update it to Joomla 6.1 with same error. Running PHP 8.3

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Should that option not be turned on by default? .... if its necessary and a new install?
