Hi Ben,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m sorry for the experience you’ve had so far.
To look into this issue more closely, could you please share temporary Super Admin access (inside the hidden content box)? I’ll check this and update you as soon as possible.
Please make sure to keep a full site backup before sharing the credentials, just to be safe.
Best regards,

Hi Rashida,
Sorry for the late reply.
Other projects have come up again, but now I want to finish this. I am sharing the details you requested.
Thanks in advance for taking a look and please let me know when you looked into this because due to the PHP upgrade for making this site work, other websites on my server are temporarlily broke...
Kind regards,
Ben
Hello,
Thanks for your response.
Do you have full site backups on your hand? Is this your test site? Can I try things right inside this site or should I take a backup and check on my local, please?
Best regards,
Hi Rashida,
This is my test site so you can play with it around;-).
Thanks a lot,
Ben
Hi Ben,
I have just tried to uninstall the SPPB from your site, but I can't login anymore. Saying I do not have access in admin area.
Would you please check and do let me know?
Best regards,
Hi Rashida,
I also encountered that problem. I also tried to uninstall the SP PAGEBUILDER COMPONENT. After uninstalling it, I can't exces the website. Very strange...
I just installed the website once again so you can test around.
Let me know. Thanks for the help.
Ben
Hi Ben,
Thanks for setting the site up again.
It looks like your server is not running a supported version of PHP, which can cause issues with the updated Page Builder and Joomla. Kindly keep your server's PHP version between PHP 8.1 and 8.3 so you can use the updated Page Builder and Joomla without these problems.
Once you've adjusted the PHP version, please let me know and I'll take another look.
Best regards,
