Can you try the following? Please keep a backup of your database. Then try to delete the column name 'catid' and then check. You can also try this:

1. Database backup
2. Uninstall SP Page Builder Pro
3. Install it again
4. Clear CMS and browser cache

Thank you for your comment. However, there is no column 'catid'. So I can't uninstall it either.

Uninstalling SP Pagebuilder Free v3.8.10 gives an error message:

Jinstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file An error has occured 0 Call to a member function children() on null

Installation of SP Pagebuilder Free v4.0.0 (v3.8.10 can no longer be downloaded) gives a message:

*JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'catid' Extension installation stopped. A File that you have an override for in your template has been updated and you should review those changes Error installing component.

• The installation crashes the entire site. Again, there is no 'catid' column.

I also looked at the other forum link, but no luck there either.

So what now? Any other suggestions/solutions?

I searched the database for tables named 'catid'. These were not there. But this column was included in the #_sppagebuilder table. I removed it.

After I installed SP Pagebuilder Free v4.0.0. I got the error message:

Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::delete: Path is not a folder. Path: [ROOT]/administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/builder Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::delete: Path is not a folder. Path: [ROOT]/administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/layouts JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'ordering' Extension installation stopped. Error installing component

Then I removed 'catid' and 'ordering'. But then I got the following error messages:

JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'hits' JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'extension' JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'extension_view' JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'view_id'

What can we still do now? I still can't update to v4.0.0 free or higher.

It seems your template is not from us. Please make sure your template and other components are compatible with your PHP version.

Moreover, if you have database backup and full site backup also, kindly give me your admin access to check.
