SP Page Builder Error Duplicate Column Name 'media_attr'

Hello,
I want to update my page to Joomla 4 using Helix and SP Page Builder.
When I try to install the latest SP Page Builder Pro release (updating from 3.7.4) I get the error "Duplicate column name 'media_attr'" and I am not able to browser the Component anymore "0 Failed opening required '.../components/com_sppagebuilder/builder/classes/base.php' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear')" I am using PHP 7.4.33 but still happens with higher versions. The
if I had known that there were so many problems with the Joomla updates, I would probably never have used any components.

Download & upzip first Page Builder.
Make zip file of these directory & upload on this file location.
administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/editors
components/com_sppagebuilder/builder
Don't forget to unzip after upload.

Before or after updating the page builder?
Also I don't know what I have to upload. What you wrote is not really clear. You want me to upload the editor folder to administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/editors (or maybe editor?)?
And there is not builder folder in the latest sp page builder
