No confirmation email was received.
Kindly resolve this issue.

Good day,
Sorry for replying late, the hosting company was performing some server upgrade/maintenance.
I tried booking using some email providers, confimation email for :
gmail account arrived within 1 minute
yahoo and others arrived between 3 - 5 minutes
I didnt get any email for live.com. I have waited a whole day and still haven't gotten any mail.
I have included login details for you to troubleshoot.

Its been resolved. There was a DNS misconfiguration.

You need to use PHP mail function and your PHP mail function occurred the problem.
The mail() function has been disabled and the mail can't be sent.
