Hi I am using easystore and have checkout as guest enabled but when they go to checkout using paypal, it asks you to login to paypal or create a paypal account, in paypal I have the paypal account optional but it doesnt seem to work with easystore and paypal help said I should check with EasyStore as it should be automatic

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Thank you details attached, also a second problem is when i try and click on the words in the main menu on the PC it doesnt go to the page only if i click under the word when the little animation appears, I want to be able to click on the word aswell or instead if possible.

I have fixed the menu link issue. It was caused by the top bar overlapping the menu, which prevented the links from working correctly.

We have fixed the issue on your website. However, we need your assistance with the PayPal Card payment or Guest Checkout integration.
Since PayPal is not fully available in our country, we are unable to test this feature from our region. PayPal displays different card and checkout options depending on the user's location, so we cannot verify the merchant settings ourselves.
Could you please share your PayPal merchant settings with us? A screen recording or step-by-step screenshots would be very helpful. If possible, please post them in a hidden/private content section so your sensitive information remains protected.
This information will help us improve the feature for other users. Otherwise, this will be remove in the next release when you install, as it is not part of the main EasyStore codebase. If we keep the feature, we will also need to update the documentation, but at the moment we cannot properly verify or document it because PayPal is unavailable in our region.

Hi I have just tested it and it still does not allow guest checkout with paypal, I cant seem to include a screenshot here, but given paypal is one of the major payment gateways I would have thought it would have been automatic, I also dont understand what you require from me with the paypal side of things

Hi I take it that you are not going to be able to sort the paypal out, so I have had to install Hikashop instead, if EASYSTORE cannot intergrate with Paypal thats a big problem !!! and the fact that you can't get paypal in your country !!!! thats going to be a bigger problem, however can you please hep me make the buttons on the template clearer to see and also the quantity does not appear on the webpage when trying to buy products, and the add to cart button is not very good, also some buttons dont even show any icon or text on them.

Regarding the button color issue, I noticed that you're using a non-eCommerce template. That's why the styling isn't applied correctly. We recommend installing one of our eCommerce templates from here:

The problem with that is I wanted the kidz themed template as it looked better for the age demografic I was aiming for and as it had easystore built in you would presume that it would be compatable.

Kidzy is not intended for eCommerce, but you can customize it with custom CSS to make it work for your needs. I see that you've changed the template now. Please share your website URL, and I'll fix the button and color issues for you.

Also if I download the eccommerce templates which are not really what I wanted for the theme, will they use Easystore and therefore I won't be able to use it because of the Paypal issue, can you please confirm ASAP as I need to get this sorted and this issue with paypal etc has been going on for weeks and I am getting a lot of hassle from others to get finished. THIS IS VERY URGENT. thank you Mark

Right I need answer today as promised, I installed Hikashop yesterday and paypal worked straight away you can log in and take a look, if easystore does not work with paypal and I can't use the template I wanted, and I can't use the ecommerce templates because of the paypal issue, then I cannot use anything you have to offer so please refund me and I will go somewhere else. I am so far behind with this site, I am going to lose them as a customer, and that will cost me a lot of money and my reputation. PLEASE HELP !!

Thank you, I didnt want to have to request the refund as I wanted to work with you guys, But i have been waiting for 2 weeks for the paypal issue, and I installed Hikashop as a test yesterday to see if it was something my end or paypal and it wasn't as it worked straight away as needed, you can pay by paypal with guest checkout without needing to register an account with paypal. Have a look at my hikashop setting if you log in, it worked within 5 minutes I just but my paypal ids in and booooommm ready to go it worked straight away.

Since the easystore update, I now cannot see any listings of the products.
I dont know what I am supposed to tell my Client, he wants an urgent update by end of today or he's going somewhere else, I have lost all credability over this which has taken nearly 3 weeks and still not resolved.
Any ideas what I tell them as to why we are no further forward, I stand to lose a lot of money aswell as credability over this. Thank you
