Easystore pages not displaying correctly

hi, I started using Easystore today and I think managed to set it up OK, with several products and payment methods. However, I can only get my website to display single product pages. When I add menu items to display the full product range, or collections, nothing is displayed at all.

I am running the Cassiopeia joomla template, not a Joomshaper template.

Any ideas how I could display all the products on one page?

Here is an example of a single product page:

And here is the page that is supposed to display everything in a "collection" of products:

https://villasfox.com/index.php/selling/architect-certificates/all-certificates

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

I have tested your site,. It's seems there is some issues inside. Please create a proper backup and share the backup file with me via Google Drive, ensuring that I have access to it.

I have already taken a backup, but it seems that the backup file is corrupted or incomplete.
