After upgrading to sp page bilder 3.7.8 I can no longer upload media? When uploading, it just keeps spinning on 100%. Have anyone else experienced this problem?
DB version 8.0.21-cll-lve
PHP version 7.3.25
Joomla version 3.9.23
Update: So, it seems that the files actually is getting uploaded, but I cant see them in sp page builder > media...

Please disable the rocket loader (from cloudflare) and mod_security from your hosting server. Cause, Page Builder resource cannot load properly. Please check the page from back end.

Unfortunately we can't change anything on the web server and we don't use external tools like Cloudflare.
Cloudflare has an option called rocket_loader. Please disable the rocket loader. Thanks

I have just discovered another bug. Joomla module "SP Page Builder" doesn't work properly anymore. Pagebuilder content inside modules is missing. Looks like this:

this is not a hoster problem. It has always worked in the past and there were not changes made on webserver side.
Furthermore, there are no errors shown when I look into the developer console.
Please take another look into this problem ...

on www.netplans.ch we have exactely the same 403 message, but Pagebuilder-Content inside a module is loaded.
for sure this is not a webserver problem, I bet ...
Give me a akeeba backup via google drive. Don't forget to make it zip file before download akeeba backup.

Hi,
after i could not edit all pagebuilder pages (not only the modules) this morning too, now for some reason it works again. No idea why. We didn't change anything in Joomla or website configuration, nor in the web server. Cache was cleared and browser was up to date.
Anyway, there is nothing to do at the moment. Thanks for your effort!
