Please disable the rocket loader (from cloudflare) and mod_security from your hosting server. Cause, Page Builder resource cannot load properly. Please check the page from back end.

Unfortunately we can't change anything on the web server and we don't use external tools like Cloudflare.

Cloudflare has an option called rocket_loader. Please disable the rocket loader. Thanks

Hi, this is not a hoster problem. It has always worked in the past and there were not changes made on webserver side.

Furthermore, there are no errors shown when I look into the developer console.

Furthermore, on the current live site www.netplans.ch it works properly!

on www.netplans.ch we have exactely the same 403 message, but Pagebuilder-Content inside a module is loaded.

for sure this is not a webserver problem, I bet ...

Hi, after i could not edit all pagebuilder pages (not only the modules) this morning too, now for some reason it works again. No idea why. We didn't change anything in Joomla or website configuration, nor in the web server. Cache was cleared and browser was up to date.

Anyway, there is nothing to do at the moment. Thanks for your effort!
