Upload Image Media Stuck On 100% Uploading

Hi can check image cannot be upload direct from the addon. When uploading, it just keeps spinning on 100% uploading. But when upload thru media there is no issue.

Accepted Answerfrom the screenshot show need to tick the auto increment of the ID table media, but when want to fix to another site cannot working as expected. please check also

Accepted Answeryou may access the database direct from the cpanel, login by cpanel and go to the phpmyadmin
