Quick install for template Resort ( http://demo.joomshaper.com/?template=resort ) is not posible to install, i traj other template and all easy to go, i don't know what is a problem!?

After i install quick install it turn me back on a screen it looks like preinstall joomla options, i try install clean joomla, it is ok, i try other template, it is ok, only that I can't install, how I can send you a screen shots? i can send you a link you can see it
