Cant Upgrade My Subscription

I have a subscription for Page Builder and am trying to upgrade my subscription to Templates Personal. It is not possible as I have to enter a discount code that I do not have. Therefore can not update the subscription.

Which plan do you have now, please? Actually, only an upward upgrade is possible.

Hi, I have Page Builder Pro – Personal. When I am logged in a can choose several upgrade option.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Yes, you are right. From the SP Page Builder - Personal to the Template - Personal upgrading route is not available. You can upgrade to the Agency or the Developer plan.
