Cannot Disable Coming Soon

I've search the documentation and the forum but after I disable the Coming Soon, it still is being displayed in the backend and frontend.

The site is https://oregontriple.com/. Your assistance is grealty needed. Spent the weekend trying other suggestions. Nothing worked.

I was able to get the coming soon screen off but my navigation tabs on the top and left side are missing.

There are two login screens. Both are the same. The username: paulbe with the password of shamar*02. The password should be in lower case. Thanks.
