If you have more than one template style (copy) make sure that you disabled Comming Soon in all.

Would you please check the global setting for your site? You need to disable the site offline from the global configuration http://prntscr.com/p7l753 Hope this'll solve the issue.

I only have 2 templates :

• Cassiopeia (Default Joomla! 4 Template)
• Helix Ultimate

The Coming Soon is disabled in the only one Helix Ultimate template.

The site is under construction. It has been taken offline from the global configuration and should remain offline until complete.

The issue is not solved.

I'm asking again a fix to solve this problem.

The only way that I have to solve it is to erase the text ant the date of the "coming soon".

But each time I change any template setting, the "coming soon" option, wich have been disabled, reappears.

Ok, here is a temporary solution..

In the Helix Ultimate template "index.php" file, comment these lines to disable the coming soon :

if (!is_null($this->params->get('comingsoon', null))) { header("Location: " . Route::_(Uri::root(true) . "/index.php?templateStyle={$template->id}&tmpl=comingsoon", false)); exit(); }

Obviously, this modification will have to be made after each update of the template, until the Joomshaper team delivers a permanent fix.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Actually the templates coming soon will just provide you some extra function to change the texts or colors nothing more. It'll work concurrently with the global setting.

When you are using helix-ultimate as your template then you'll get only the helix-ultimate coming soon page. Either you enable the coming soon page from the global configuration or from helix-ultimate.

I had exactly the same problem. I turned off the page in the template, it's still there. This can be seen in the screenshot.
