if i switch to the Cassiopeia, everything works again so i presume that indicates its helix 2.06 problem

i've only got your SP Page builder and helix installed. everything is to the latest version. please advise.

I changed it to 7.4 and nothing has changed, i have cleared cache etc... tried multiple browsers and its all the same error.
