NO

Template 3 years ago

Hi. I am using the aspasia template on my website, as well as SP Page Builder. After I have updated the template, some of the images on my website is not showing. This came after the latest Helix update, I updated the template due to the issues with the logo showing in multiples, now the images disappeared on the site again. This happened last time I did an update as well.

Hi there!

Sorry for your issue.

I have visited your site: https://prnt.sc/26ggu42. Would you please redirect me where your images are missing with screenshots and link?

Hi,

Please take my apology. I have checked your Homepage, but could not find where your image is missing. And the first image link you have given me doen't show anything, but the second one shows. I could not find any indicator in your screenshot that indicates where the image should appear.

Best Regards

In the top header next to the logo, there is suppose to be an image.

There are suppose to be images above each of the blocks below the main slideshow. THAT'S where the images are suppose to be.

Hello,

Actually, the Aspasia template is made of the Helix3 framework. And as you know Helix3 framework gets Joomla 4 compatibility update, so it has to be changed a lot to adapt to the new Joomla version. We are updating all of our Helix3 based templates too. But the Aspasia template has not gotten the compatibility update yet.

Hence, it's a cordial request to you that kindly roll back to your last working backed-up version of your site. I hope you have one? Kindly do not update your Helix3 system plugin until there is no template update available itself.

Thanks for your patience!

Best Regards

I don't have a backup of the site. Do you have downloadable versions of the previous helix that I can use to possibly repair this problem?

Hello,

I have installed the older plg_system_helix3_2.5.8.zip already, and it did solve your multiple logo issue. But the image disappearing issue remains.

So I have renamed the overrided image addon for this template and it did resolve the image issue also.

Please check and let me know.
