I am not familiar with your hosting server. That's why i have install quickstart pack on my server. You can transfer this site using akeeba backup.

I use joomla 4, but the site you gave is joomla 3 i use joomla 3 without issue but with joomla 4 it happen with the error i mentioned . it is fine to modify my server config. please help me fix it joomla 4 problem.
