Hi,

I am currently testing our new website on several mobile devices. There is one bug that I am experiencing with the footer. So, I am loading the page. When I then want to see the entire footer, and I am scrolling down and up sometimes and on some devices the footer is flickering and the last row (Impressum und Datenschutz) can't be accessed.

Thanks so much for help Isabelle

You might want to search the treads. I reported a similar problem, if not the same, about 5 months ago. I tried to remove the JoomShaper CSS rescue patch and the issue returned. It has not been fixed in about 10 updates.

Could you please give me that forum link? Or any screenshot or demo so that I can inform our DEV team.

Hi, the website name is www.btg-ge.eu.

This seems to be a bug and I don't know how to fix it. It happens on some real devices. We just had the check with a desktop pc.

We are online since yesterday and I hope I can fix that soon.

Thanks so much, Isabelle

Interestingly,

we just checked that that happened with the site "Kontakt" as well as with the site "Stellen- und Ausbildungsplatzangebote".

Hi Mehtaz,

As far as I can see it happens on the edge browser for the items "Terminkalender", "Stellen- und Ausbildungsplatzangebote" und "Beratung für Schüler". With other items it is ok.

So the screenshot demonstrates that the footer and its links can't be accessed.

Thank you

Mehtaz,

I reported a similar if not the same issue months ago. Please confirm that it will be fixed on the same release. My browser is always updated and the problem still exisits. CSS patches are a temporary fix not a solution.

The sad thing about this is (1) you know this is bugged, (2) you continue to allow downloads, and (3) free users have no way to access the forums to correct bugs.

You know this, I should not have to tell you.

Out out integretiy, you must provide support to users downloading bugged code, even if it is free.
