No Languages In Settings

Hello,
today I bought SP Page Builder PRO Personal, downloaded the ZIP file in my account and installed it on Joomla! 3.9.24 Stable, then in the settings of SP Page Builder PRO I specified Email and license key. All add-ons opened for me, but only in the settings of SP Page Builder PRO in the languages tab it became empty, all languages disappeared. I thought that this is not how it works, that all languages will become available to me in SP Page Builder PRO, and not that they will all disappear. Cash in the browser and Joomla cleaned - did not help. reinstalling SP Page Builder PRO didn't help either.

Joomla! 3.9.24 - should be updated to Joomla 3.10.5 as soon as possible. Otherwise Moscow hackers will be very happy.
