How To Get The Burger Menu To Appear In Helix Ultimate?

I followed the steps in https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helix-ultimate-2/menu-navigation to insert a burger menu onto the template but I got a bulleted list of items, rather than a burger menu.

What am I doing wrong?
