Hello, we have just purchased Pagebuilder pro. Despite reinstalling, only the lite version is displayed. Although the note about the pro version has disappeared. . We had loaded the Helix ultimate template and uninstalled pagebuilder before. Thanx

Hi Inga,

  1. Please download SP Page Builder Pro from here: https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension
  2. Install it
  3. Then clean browser cache deeply.

Then check site using Private Mode or second browser, to be sure it's not a cache issue as always. That's all, no tricks.
