Menu Item Display Problem- No Icon

Im not sure whats the problem. my menu display with no icon. I figure out that, pages with sp page is ok. While menu for pages that using sp simple potfolio, sp easy image galery and simple joomla module having problem.

Accepted Answeris it because of security/ server side? im only designer. Maybe i should ask person in charge of the server.

In Template Options - Advanced - Fonts Settings - Fonts Awesome: On - Save -then it will fix broken icons in Menu.
