SPMedical - Need To Edit Text

Hi, the default text in the field reads " Choose specialists for make an appointment", apart from being poor english.

I want it to read " Choose the department to make an appoitment with"

Please go to file: language\en-GB\en-GB.com_spmedical.ini and change COM_SPMEDIAL_APPOINTMENT_SPECIALISTS="Choose Specialists for make an appointment"
