Opt-in Form Using AcyMailing - Error Unique Email

Hello.

It seems that the current version of SP Page Builder (Version 3.7.9) has a bug with the "Opt-In Form" Add-on using AcyMailing (Version 7.0.4). When a user already exists in AcyMailing contacts and/or in any given list and tries to subscribe to a new list, the system throws the following error: Duplicate entry 'email-address' for key 'email_UNIQUE'.
The respective list the user tried to sign-up for, is in fact and remains without this email address.
When doing the exact same thing via a Module in Joomla or via a Joomla Module as 'Add-on' in SP Page Builder, it works fine and either add's the user to the list, or in case the user does in fact already exists in this particular list, it will show a "nice message" that the user is already subsribed, instead of a a "Duplicate ... " error message.
How can this be solved?
Thanks.
Alexandra

Sorry, couldn't get back to this earlier. Problem is not yet solved. There was another update of the AcyMailing Version, but no change in regards to this error. I created a test page with two subscription lists, and for each subscription list, I added an option to subscribe via the Opt-In Add-on and also through a module. You can easily test and reproduce the error. https://www.alexandraneumann.eu/subscribe-test

Sending you the log-in separate.

Thanks for looking into this.

Thanks for the answer. I saw the screenshot, but it only shows that you were able to sign up to the first list. if you now use the Opt-in form to sign up to the second list, it will throw and error message, instead of adding you to the second list, and this only, because you are already existing as a user.
And if you try to sign up for the first list again with the same email address, it will also throw an error message instead of a message that you are already signed up. And in case you do the same with the regular form via a module, not the opt-in form, it will work in both cases. It would allow you to sign up to the second list, and it would give you a regular response to an already signed up list, instead of throwing error messages.
So it is clear, that the opt-in form is somehow not properly addressing the acyMailing database.
Are you able to reproduce this? Thanks again..
