Unable to process JPG image

My home page has this message - "Unable to process JPG image" - just the error message. Nothing else can be seen

How do I fix this please?

Using the Floox template. Joomla 3.9.22. Joomshaper products are uptodate. Using MySql 8.0.28-cli-lve, PHP 8.0.16

Also: PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$no_gutter in /home/mqyjeybz/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/layouts/row/css.php on line 597

I solved the issue by changing php to version 7.4. Was on version 8. Obviously a conflict somewhere

Regarding the JPG image:

Was the JPG file added as a site logo?
Please make sure the JPG file is not damaged.
Update Helix3 and Joomla kindly
Zip your JPG file and add as an attachment here

This does not seem like an issue from our end.

Hi Ariba,

Looking at the link provided it would appear this error is related to a Joomla! error rather than an sppagebuilder error which this seems to be?

I saw that now you have PHP 8.0.x - but this is OK.

The problem might be with the database MySQL 8.0 only if any...

I enabled showing error to maxium on your site and to force HTTPS and whole website doesn't work now !?

This is not normal behavior !!!

Sorry, but please recover configuration.php file from backup.

Hi Paul,

Yes, I reverted back to PHP 7.4 as the site was not working on PHP 8. I updated to Joomla 3.10.6. and it worked fine. I then updated PHP to version 8 as the error related to a conflict with PHP version 8.

All was fine until I accessed SP PageBuilder in the backend and got this new error.

I see the site is now completely down and I cannot access the backend at all. Collapse!?

Nothing unusual was done to this site seems to be compatibiltiy issues between mySQL, PHP and Joomla updates and SPPgabuilder and Floox Template,
