I'm someone else than Marek N who originally posted this question. I am experiencing the same problem.

I solved it with custom CSS but why are transparent colors not possible in the template editor of Helix Ultimate 2.0.7? I also miss an option to set a background color for the menu bar. It is possible to set a background color for the dropdown. See attached image.

Sorry for that.

Note: Export & Import feature is useful only if you want to transfer basic template settings between templates, for example, Font selection, Layout settings, Color Preset etc.
