Missing Menu Item

Hello Joomshaper

I one of our websites we created a new page but it doesn't show

We use folium template with helix ultimate framework

In the framework settings you can see the menu item and in the joomla menu but still doesn't show in the front.

At first deleted the mega menu layout then added it again. Thanks

The menu name is "Αλλαγή οθόνης Iphone"
