403 ERROR When Saving - SpPage Builder

Since couple of days ago, I am getting 403 ERROR on homepages on every website that we'we build.
This is inacceptable, this is not a server related issue because we have this problems on websites that are hosted on different linux and windows servers.
We have updated the the PHP version on every website, We have updated Joomla Framework, We have updated SpPage Builder, Helix Framework and everything that was available.
Please let us know what to do. If you think that it's server related (we have seen some forum posts) please let us know what to request from the hosting companies.
The /tmp and /log folders are ok, tested.
I need help with this ASAP since I cannot modify any homepage website content.
Why this has appeared simultaneously on every website?
Please provide some fix to this problem.
