Cannot Load Page Template Or Blocks

I'm tryint to load page templates and/or blocks to edit a new page with the builder but it says: "templates not found" or "There is no sections found. Please reload and try again."

Could you please explain what is happening?

PS: do you need SuperAdmin access to the website?

No, it is not - I have the same problem. Templates work fine, but Blocks don't in Page Builder Pro 4.

Hi Oliver!

It might be a different issue, then. It was temporary issue 4 months back, and we all are able to use page layouts and blocks after that.
