Page Templates Function

Hi,
I installed SP Page Builder Pro unfortunately when I want to create a new page with the "Page Templates" function a window opens with the logo which turns and nothing more.
Do you have an idea?

Always the same problem. I checked the settings according to the links you sent me but it changed absolutely nothing!!
What is the solution?
