Edit UNEI Template Footer Text

Hello

I am not sure if this a template edit or helix frame work, but I am unable to locate the bottm footer section to edit the copyright info where do I find this?

You will find copyright info in Template Options -> Basic -> Footer unei-copyright.JPG
