From Template options, you have to select offcanvas position. It was not selected earlier.

I have selected Left Align just to check, you can select one, at your convenience.

Odd, that was set when the site launched a year ago, but thanks. Another problem is the menus have subcategories under them. They are not showing up on the mobile menu although the level is set to All.

Hi. I didn't hear back from you regarding the pull downs don't work on the mobile menu. Only the first level is shown. I looked at the code and the pull downs are there but no arrows are shown and no click action to reveal them works.

Thank you for your patience. Could you please check the screenshot? From my side, I can see the subcategories and the arrow as well, it is clickable too. Can you kindly share a screencast video highlighting your issue, please? That will be helpful for me to understand better.
