Wrapper Not Displaying

Hi,
I am trying to display a wrapper in a website I am building and the title shows but the wrapped does not appear. I have it running in an old site:
https://ellmoredigital.com/support/index.php/current-server-status which is using Shaper One-Clip template
But on my Helix Ultimate site it will not display - https://ellmoredigital.com/new/index.php/what-we-do/tech-support
It is in the settings somewhere that I need to turn it on to allow it to display?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. First link used a iframe code and second page is normal article. So, What exactly do you want?

The 2nd link is an article which as the wrapper embedded on the right under the heading 'current server status' however it does not show.
If I create a menu button for a wrapper (as per link one) it also does not display :

Some facts: Wrapper is Joomla core feature, and its code wasn't overridden by Helix template. So it doesn't look like our fault.
can you test different URL used as wrapper also check Joomla security settings and topics on forum.joomla.org
test also using Custom Module (Joomla core) where you can add iframe code in HTML mode.

Accepted AnswerI have tested the URL on a non Joomshaper site and it works fine:

I dont have the iframe code to test as I am just embedding a URL to display on my website:
I had a look on the forum.joomla.org for wrapper set up and I have done it correctly but it does not display in the site using Joomshaper/SP Page Builder.
